PHACTS CLAIMS SERVICES was established in August 2015, and currently consists of five adjusters, who together have over 80 years of experience in industrial claims, and two administrative staff.

The surveyors and support staff have worked together for several years for an international group, so the team is what you may call a well-oiled machine.

PHACTS accepts assignments from industrial insurers and only deviates from this rule under exceptional
circumstances and subject to prior consent of insurer.

PHACTS seeks proper handling of any case where the interests of all parties are involved (insurers, brokers, insured) and their mutual relations, contractual and extra-contractual, are respected and where possible even enhanced.

The intervention of an adjuster is not just limited to the technical and financial aspects of a claim. An adjuster also holds commercial responsibilities and acknowledges that the long-term relationship between insurers, brokers and policyholders must be respected.

General terms and Conditions

Our fees cover different services, among other things, phone calls with insurers, brokers, insured and colleagues, attending meetings/surveys, studying received documents, writing letters, verifying of support, supplying advice and drafting of forms of acceptance and reports.
The financial terms are subject to various criteria, such as the urgency and complexity of the cases, the specific claim and the specialization of the surveyor.
In most cases the hourly rate is either agreed upon by SLA or will be discussed at the first contact. A total amount estimate in advance is usually not possible; it is not always possible to predict how a file will evolve. However, in specific cases a fixed fee may be agreed upon.
In addition to the fee, there are also the costs arising directly from the management of the claim on behalf of our clients, such as the cost for opening and closing files, general administration (surveyor and/or assistant) such as correspondence, emails, copies and faxes, phone calls, travel and archiving. These costs are specified in the service level agreements or as agreed upon file by file.

Liability insurance

Our professional liability is covered for a principal amount of 1,250,000 euros per claim, our operation has insurance coverage to 2.5 million euros. A copy of the insurance certificate can be presented upon simple demand.
